The No1 Lounge at Gatwick North Terminal has a wide choice when it comes to how you'd like to spend those few hours before your flight. Relax in the lounge area in plush seating, and from the full length windows watch planes take flight.

The lounge boasts a stunning central island bar where the bartender will pour your favourite drink - enjoy a wide variety of wines beers and premium spirits.

There's no need to board your flight feeling hungry, as the No1 Lounge offers a refreshing complimentary food menu, choose from a selection of freshly-prepared dishes, sit back, relax and your food will be brought to your table by a member of the friendly lounge team.

Desks are available for those looking to catch up on some work or study, or simply browse the web on the fast and unlimited free Wi-Fi.

Food and drink

The No1 Lounge offers made to order hot and cold small meals, from a new simplified, yet high-quality menu. Table service is currently in operation to minimise contact between guests, so relax and we'll come to you. What safety measures are in place?

As always, No1 Lounges are a tranquil space away from the busy airport terminal crowds. No1 Lounges have worked hard to ensure the peaceful ambience remains whilst implementing COVID safe measures in lounges. To keep guests and staff safe whilst in the lounge, the already high standards of cleanliness have been enhanced even further, contactless check-in and hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the lounge. Food will be served via table service, with minimal buffet and self-service options available. A new, high-quality, simplified menu of hot and cold food, which reduces interaction and minimises contact between the lounge team and guests is available. No1 Lounge staff will continue to wear face coverings and they encourage you to do so too. Please be mindful of any guidance issued by the airport you are travelling from - we encourage to to check the airport website directly to stay up to date on their local advice regarding face coverings.

Who can use the lounge?

The lounge is located airside, after security in the departure area and is open to all passengers departing from Gatwick's North Terminal. Regardless of your airline or ticket class, you're welcome at No1.

Can I use this lounge if I'm flying from the South Terminal?

No, this lounge is only accessible for flight departing from the North Terminal at Gatwick. 

What is included with lounge access?

Your lounge entry includes a selection of dining and drink options. Please note, the food offering varies day to day, vegetarian and vegan options will always be available. 

Is the lounge wheelchair accessible?

Yes, all No1 Lounges are wheelchair accessible.

Is flight information available in the lounge?

Yes, flight information screens can be found throughout No1 Lounges. Please be sure to regularly check them, as flight announcements are not made within the lounge - it is your responsibility to catch your flight.

Dress Code

We ask that all of our guests adhere to a smart-casual dress code. Lounge staff reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone wearing clothing which is deemed to be unsuitable. This may include fancy dress, themed or tour outfits, clothes with slogans that may cause offense, replica sports kits, clothing that exposes midriffs or upper thighs, or bare shoulders on men. We also ask that guests do not wear tracksuits while in the lounge – we appreciate that people like to travel comfortably and so welcome guests to change when departing the lounge.

Length of Stay

Standard stay time in our lounges is 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of your flight.

Catching Your Flight

All lounges have flight information screens within the lounge and due to the number of flights departing at any one time, flight announcements aren't made by lounge staff - we'd ask you to keep an eye on when your flight leaves.

Children & Infants

The lounge accepts children but we do ask that they be accompanied by an adult at all times.

We're Open to All Travelers

We welcome all travelers whether you are travelling economy or first class and as long as you agree to our terms and conditions of entry and have a valid boarding pass. We are also open to you no matter which airline you are travelling with. Do make sure that your flight leaves from the terminal you are booking.
