1. Information we may collect from you
We may collect and process the following data about you:
(a) Information that you provide by completing forms on our website and on in-lounge wifi landing pages and when contacting us using other means. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our website and our in-lounge wireless access service, posting material, purchasing goods or services from us, or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information, for example if you enter a competition or promotion sponsored by us.
(b) If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence. This may also include a record of your booking history.
(c) We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
(d) Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.
(e) Information detailing the category of users on our site.
(f) We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our clients and other third parties. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual

3. Where we store your personal data
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is entirely at your own risk. We therefore recommend that while using our site and our in-lounge wireless access service you use approved secure technology, for example virtual private networking ("VPN”) and/or a personal firewall, in particular where you intend to conduct personal or private business over the wireless access service.
4. Uses made of the information
We keep a record of any purchases made with us or services we have provided you with, so that we can help you with any related support issues in the future.
We use the personal information that we collect to identify your personal preferences and match your needs with the relevant products and services, and assist in processing any bookings or requests for service that you make with us.
We will hold your information, where collected by us or our service providers, and may use it to inform you in the future of offers by us and other Swissport companies a full list of which is available on request. We will also use the personal information you give us as a research tool to monitor how you and other visitors use the site and our services to enable us to further develop the content of this website and our services.
In addition, we may use information held about you in the following ways:
(a) To ensure that content and data are presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer.
(b) To provide you with information, products or services that you request from us or which we feel may interest you, where you have consented to be contacted for such purposes.

We do not disclose information enabling the identification of individuals to third parties, but we, or our service providers, may provide them with aggregate information about our users (for example, we may inform them that 500 business travellers have clicked on a feature on any given day).
5. How to withdraw your consent
Where you have consented to this, we may also use your data to provide you with information about goods and services which may be of interest to you and we may contact you about these by e-mail or by other means available. If you do not want us to use your data in this way please ensure the relevant box situated on the form on which we collect your data is un-ticked, alternatively follow the ‘unsubscribe’ link on the bottom of any marketing email and contact us at email@example.com stating your name and corresponding data that you wish to be removed. Please bear in mind that you will be opting out of receiving any information from us and any Swissport companies. However, if you have booked executive lounge services you will still receive an email confirming your booking details.
6. How do we protect your information?
When you provide us with your credit card details or order services from us, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure link encrypts the information that you input before it is transmitted to us.
We have strict security procedures covering the storage and disclosure of your information in order to prevent unauthorised access to comply with the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998. This means that sometimes we may ask for proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you.
We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that the information you provide will be kept secure from unauthorised access. However we expect you to take all reasonable measures to protect your personal information including only accessing this website using a secure internet connection and ensuring that viruses, trojans, worms or equivalent or similar items do not enter your computer system. In addition we expect you to take every reasonable care to protect your username, password and payment card details.
Our security measures depend on you complying with these obligations and we do not accept any liability for any breach of your privacy arising from a failure by you to adhere to these terms. We do not accept liability for breaches of security arising out of intentional and/or unauthorised attempts to access the site, for example, by computer hackers. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is entirely at your own risk.
7. Disclosure of your information
We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 736 of the UK Companies Act 1985. (c) With selected review collection websites, when you have made a booking with us, in order to obtain a review on such a site.
