JUST HELP YOURSELF...
We pride ourselves on having a wide selection of complementary hot and cold food, as well as complementary alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Guests can enjoy as much or as little food and drink as they like. We also don't have a 'first drink only free' policy and never make you pay for additional drinks. The only drinks that come at an additional cost are cocktails, Champagne and Prosecco.
MEMBERSHIP AIRPORT LOUNGE LOCATIONS
Aspire Airport Lounge Membership cards allow entry into any participating Aspire Lounge. Currently, this includes our lounges at the following locations: Birmingham, Bristol*, Cork, Edinburgh, Humberside, Inverness, Liverpool John Lennon, London Luton, Manchester (T1 & T2), Newcastle*, George Best Belfast City, Calgary International, Montreal Pierre Elliott Trudeau, Copenhagen, Helsinki Vanta & Amsterdam Schiphol (26 & 41).
*Aspire Plus Lounges are only accessible through Aspire Plus Platinum Annual Membership.
BRING A FRIEND FOR FREE
As well as unlimited usage, your Annual Membership card allows you to bring in an additional guest, absolutely free of charge. As with your usage, there is no limit to the amount of times you can bring a friend in with you for free, another great perk of the Annual Membership card.
1.0 ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP
1.1 Your membership will commence on the date that you make your Annual Membership purchase and will remain valid for 12 months. 1.2 You must pay for your Annual Membership in full upfront. 1.3 Once you make your membership purchase via either phone call or on our website executivelounges.com, we will send your annual membership card. Your Annual Membership card will be dispatched according to the postal option selected at time of purchase. 1.4 If you lose your card and it needs replacing, make us aware via telephone and we will replace it free of charge. 1.5 The Annual membership card can only be used by the person named on the card and is non-transferrable. You are required to present your boarding card, identification (passport) and Membership Card in order to access participating lounges. 1.6 There is no usage cap for the Annual Membership Card. This means Card Holders have unlimited lounge access throughout the year – up until the card expiry date.
2.0 GUARANTEED DELAY COVER
2.1 When a flight is delayed, Annual Membership Card Holders have the right to remain in the lounge until the flight is ready to board, regardless of what time they entered the lounge.
3.1 A full and up to date list of locations available to Annual Membership card holders is also available to view on executivelounges.com/membership. 3.2 Swissport reserves the right to amend this list of accessible lounges at any time, without prior warning or notice given.
4.0 BRINGING A GUEST
4.1 When accessing the lounge, card holders may bring in one additional guest per visit for no additional fee. 4.2 There is no limit to the amount of times card holders may bring one additional guest with them to enter the lounge. 4.3 It is not possible for a card holder to bring in more than one guest free of charge on one occasion.
5.0 GAINING ENTRY TO THE LOUNGE
5.1 We advise that Card Holders pre-book their lounge visit by contacting our Head Office customer services team via phone or email. Contact Details will be provided when the card is delivered. 5.2 We advise a pre-booking to be made at least a week in advance to flight date. 5.3 Card Holders who do not pre-book can access the lounge on a walk-up basis, though this is subject to availability at the time of visit.
6.0 LOUNGE FACILITIES
6.1 All specifications, descriptions, drawings, photographs or illustrations of the Lounge Facilities and any advertising matter and sample books are only intended to serve as a guide and not to be relied upon by the Customer or treated as binding or as forming part of these conditions or any contract with the Customer 6.2 Swissport GB Ltd shall use its reasonable endeavors to provide the Lounge Facilities during the hours advertised for each Airport 6.3 Swissport GB Ltd shall use its reasonable endeavors to ensure a suitable environment is maintained in the Lounge Facilities including but not limited to keeping the area where Lounge Facilities are provided clean and tidy, ensuring staff are on hand to respond to any queries and ensuring the removal from the lounge area of any persons whose appearance or behavior is unsuitable. 6.4 Swissport GB Ltd shall have the right to refuse a Customer entry to the Lounge Facilities for any statutory, regulatory or Airport policy reasons including but not limited to health and safety policies or fire regulations.
7.0 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 Subject to clause 7.2, Swissport GB Ltd shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of contract, loss of revenue or loss of business, howsoever arising whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or statutory duty or otherwise. 7.2 Swissport GB Ltd does not exclude loss arising from death or personal injury caused by negligence. 7.3 Subject to clause 7.2 above, the aggregate liability of Swissport GB Ltd, (whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or breach of statutory duty or otherwise to the Customer for any loss or damage (whether asserted by the Customer or third parties), of whatsoever nature and howsoever caused shall be limited to and in no circumstances shall exceed the Charges paid by the Customer for the Lounge Facilities 7.4 Swissport GB Ltd shall under no circumstances be liable for any Customer failing to board his flight and Swissport GB Ltd has no obligation to make flight announcements 7.5 Swissport GB Ltd shall under no circumstances be liable or responsible for the personal belongings into the Lounge Facilities area solely at his own risk 7.6 Swissport GB Ltd shall at its sole discretion refund the Charges to a Customer in the event that the Lounge Facilities are not available for whatsoever reason 7.7 All information, recommendations and advice given by or on behalf of Swissport GB Ltd to the Customer regarding Airport Services or flight details are given without liability on the part of Swissport GB Ltd 7.8 The customer shall fully indemnify and compensate Swissport GB Ltd, its employees, sub-contractors and agents in respect of all actions, suits, claims, demands, costs, charges or expenses arising (whether asserted by the Customer or third party) out of or in connection with the provision of the Lounge Facilities which; (a) are in excess of Swissport GB Ltd’s liability set out in clause 7.3 above; (b) are caused directly or indirectly through the act or omission, willful misconduct or negligence of the Customer
8.0 FORCE MAJEURE
8.1 Swissport GB Ltd shall not be liable to the Customer for any loss or damage caused to or suffered by the Customer as a direct or indirect result of the provision of the Lounge Facilities by Swissport GB Ltd being prevented, restricted, hindered or delayed by reason of any circumstances outside the control of Swissport GB Ltd (UK) Ltd
9.1 The right powers and remedies provided pursuant to these conditions are cumulative and do not exclude or effect any rights, powers or remedies provided by law of any documents. No delay in exercising or non exercising by Swissport GB Ltd of any rights or remedies under these conditions shall operate as a waiver or lease of that right, power or remedy
10.1 No amendments or variation of these conditions shall be effective unless made in writing and signed or issued by Swissport GB Ltd (UK) Ltd
11 GOVERNING LAW
11.1 These conditions shall be construed in accordance with English law and Swissport GB Ltd and the Customer hereby submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
12 CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
12.1 The Customer shall ensure that he/she is at all times appropriately dressed and shall behave in an appropriate manner. Swissport GB Ltd reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse entry or to remove any Customer whose behavior or mode of dress is considered by Swissport GB Ltd to be unsuitable or is likely to offend other customers.
