You arrive directly at the lounge via an exclusive elevator for our Aspire Copenhagen lounge guests. You’ll receive a warm welcome from our Aspire lounge hosts, and then taken directly to your seat in our intimate and private Suite lounge.  

Suite provides an `a la carte menu and full table-side service for all food and drinks, including an exclusive shower and restroom with refined bathroom products for every individual Aspire Suite guest. 

Suite offers executive level business facilities, with power and charging at every seat, as well as a private, sound isolated, work booth for those important preflight calls or video meetings.

Does the Copenhagen Aspire Airport Lounge Have Restrooms?

Yes our Copenhagen Suite lounge has exclusive in-lounge toilets for Aspire guests only.  

Our Suite lounge offers travellers a private, fully house-serviced, shower with a range of exclusive bathroom products available at all times for our Suite guests. 

Are Children and Infants allowed in this Copenhagen Aspire Lounge?

Our Aspire Suite lounge is an ‘adults only’ lounge and has been designed to suit the needs of business travellers, couples, professionals and individuals seeking a 1st Class airport lounge experience.   

A child is only permitted into an Aspire Suite Lounge if travelling on a Business Class ticket and will be accompanied by an adult. 

Will I Get My Gate Information in an Aspire Lounge?

Our aim is to create a relaxing and stress free environment for our Copenhagen Suite lounge guests to enjoy before flying.  Consequently, we do not make tannoy flight announcements in our airport lounges.   

We do provide all the necessary boarding and flight information on our flight information screens located around our Copenhagen lounge or you can choose to track your flight information via our Aspire ‘in-lounge’ digital platform. 

If in doubt, always ask an Aspire Copenhagen Lounge team host for help or advice and do remember to always leave enough time to get to your boarding gate from the Copenhagen Aspire Lounge. 

Is an Aspire Airport Lounge Open to All Travellers?

Yes.  We believe all travellers deserve great food, great drinks and a seriously comfortable seat. 

We welcome all travellers and specifically design our Aspire Lounges to accommodate the needs of all types of travellers too.  

In our Copenhagen Aspire Suite Lounge, you will find a luxurious and intimate lounge space offering you unrivalled comfort and elegance, so whether you need to work or simply relax, you will feel completely refreshed before you fly. 

Aspire Suite uses premium fabrics and materials to ensure your comfort and space is optimised during your stay with us and carefully designed lighting to ensure we create an intimate atmosphere for our guests.  Our aim is to create a space for you that offers superior levels of comfort, with a tranquil and relaxing ambiance, no matter what you need to do before you fly. 

It doesn’t matter which airline you fly with or whether it is economy or first class, you are welcome in our Copenhagen Aspire Airport Lounge.  You will need a valid boarding pass and simply agree to our terms and conditions of entry then start relaxing. 

What Food and Drink Can I Eat in the Copenhagen Aspire Airport Lounge?

Our Copenhagen lounge team work hard to offer travellers a refined and interesting food and drink experience.   

For our Copenhagen Suite lounge, every food and drink option offers Aspire travellers an enhanced airport lounge experience.  

You will enjoy table-side service and a carefully curated `a la carte menu offering you elevated food and drink selections. 

Of course, we serve fresh Danish pastries and go a step further for travellers that love their coffee by using a fresh, locally roasted coffee and our own in-house professional barista. 

We have fabulous central island bar with our own mixologist tendering and creating drinks for travellers too. 

A range of complimentary soft drinks, juices and alcoholic beverages are also available. Aspire Airport Lounges does operate a Fit2Fly policy which means we may remind you about alcohol consumption and your compliance required to safely board your flight. 

Can I access this Aspire Airport Lounge as a Dragon Pass Holder, Priority Pass Holder or Other Card Holder Scheme?

Yes, you definitely can. But you must bring a few things with you to gain access. 

If you’ve reserved a place at our Copenhagen Aspire Airport Lounge and you are currently a Dragon Pass Holder, Priority Pass Holder or some other bank cardholder scheme, you will be asked to present your card in addition to your confirmation upon arrival at the airport lounge.  

Anyone who fails to provide a valid lounge access card will, unfortunately, be denied entry to the lounge.  

If you have reserved for more than one person, but do not have enough credits on your card for this on the day, you will be asked to pay the walk-up price at the lounge or you will be denied entry.  

Please note, you must still reserve your place in our Aspire Airport Lounges as a Dragon Pass Holder, Priority Pass Holder or a similar Airport lounge bank card scheme due to each lounge having a mandated person capacity.

Important Information

Catching Your Flight

All lounges have flight information screens within the lounge and due to the number of flights departing at any one time, flight announcements aren't made by lounge staff - we'd ask you to keep an eye on when your flight leaves.

We're Open to All Travelers

We welcome all travelers whether you are travelling economy or first class and as long as you agree to our terms and conditions of entry and have a valid boarding pass. We are also open to you no matter which airline you are travelling with. Do make sure that your flight leaves from the terminal you are booking.

Drinks, Snacks & Hot Food

Complimentary drinks and snacks are included in the price of entry, however we also offer a Premium Menu where additional dishes, cocktails and more are available to purchase. This includes Champagne and Prosecco. Some items are only available at selected times of the day (e.g breakfast items.) We do ask that all food and drink offerings are enjoyed in-lounge and not taken elsewhere. Alcohol is not available to anyone under the age of 18, and guests may be asked to present their ID when ordering.

Length of Stay

Standard stay time in our lounges is 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of your flight. If your flight is delayed, and have booked directly with us, you can remain in the lounge through our Guaranteed Delay Cover, until your flight is ready to board.

No Booking Fees

We do not charge booking fees and there are no other hidden fees in making a booking through us (executivelounges.com).

We understand that all our customers want to travel in comfortable clothing with our lounges having a relaxed dress code to reflect this.

We do ask that guests refrain from wearing items such as baseball caps, sportswear (football shorts / tracksuits etc), football shirts or items of clothing with offensive slogans.
