  • The service was very good thank you. The range of drinks was good, the food selection and standard was satisfactory. We had an enjoyable time and all measures regarding Covid 19 were in place and being adhered to. With regard to airport lounges in general, I have found that the price has increased greatly and unfortunately this is not reflected in the overall experience of the stay.

  • This is an amazing experience during any long stay at the London Heathrow airport. The staff is kind and attentive, the seating areas are roomy and constantly cleaned, they have numerous charging stations and private areas off to the side to safely nap in. The culinary items you can choose from are of good standard for the price. They have started to upcharge for higher end drinks and champagne. All in all a well serviced and accommodating place to rest during an extended layover. I will always book my space there during extended flights.

  • We arrived at about 7am to be told that no alcohol would be served due to coronavirus as of the same day. We ultimately paid £28 for a roll and a cup of tea!!! And not a great breakfast either. Staff were lovely but food poor and definitely not worth what we paid!! Extremely disappointed.

  • Was quite disappointed. No toilet or wash facilities within the Lounge. Team were attentive, but selection was poor (I know it's Covid, but it felt like an excuse) - and the bacon bap was dry, un-buttered and very thin. Didn't feel worth the money.

  • Lounge very comfortable and relaxing. Little disappointed in the value and range due to the restrictions and not allowed to serve alcahol. Service and meal very good and staff helpful. With all the restrictions in place at the airport it was certainly better than sitting in the waiting areas and felt very relaxed before setting off.

  • Our visit to the Aspire Lounge was great the staff were very attentive and making sure we had what we needed . They had every thing in place to deal with social distancing measures . And i would recommend it to everyone who wants to relax before flying
