I love to Aspire Plus Lounge, its a lot quitter and relaxed and food is much better. I have been in on a Sunday and nearer closing and the choice is limited and when I have asked for hot food they state there is none left due to the time. As you pay a lot for this lounge I think there should be availability at whatever time you go in. I do find the normal lounge often runs out of food in Newcastle, but I think this is due to the cliental that gets into lounge, its often a free for all. I go into the Bristol Lounge a lot and its a different experience

Extremely friendly and helpful staff.Food of an acceptable standard throughout the day. Some days and times are busy and seating can be a problem.

We enjoyed our stay at the Heathrow Terminal 3 Club Aspire lounge back in March. Although a little on the busy side, the food was very nice and there were enough tables for everyone.

My wife and I have booked the lounges a few times now and gave always found the staff very helpful and the food is of a good variety depending on the times if the day. No problem. We will hopefully keep using them

We had a fantastic time it was relaxing, quite And chilled food was plenty and very nice hot and a good variety. Newspapers and magazines Was not over crowded there was times when a lot of people where leaving and a lot of people coming in but it did not affect us. Would book again.
