Lounge bookings for those travelling with Monarch
First and foremost, don't worry
If you have made a booking direct, you can obtain a full refund, even if your booking is for today (2nd Oct 2017) or in the coming few days. We are also working with our reselling partners to ensure this is the same, no matter which website you have booked your lounge access on.
If you are affected by this and you have booked directly with us on executivelounges.com, all cancellation / amendment fees will be waived and you will receive all money paid.
Here are your options
The last thing you need to be thinking about is your lounge booking, so the following options are available:
1 – If you are able to rearrange your travel, please contact us with your new arrangements and we can amend your booking to suit those new arrangements (subject to availability)
2 - if we cannot rearrange your booking, or you are unable to make new travel arrangements, we will refund your booking in full.
3 – If you amend your booking yourself via your account area, fees will be automatically added, so in order not to pay these, please follow the below
Contacting us to re-arrange or cancel
Unfortunately, we are only able to assist those that have booked direct with us via our webiste. Only call us if you have booked direct with us.
If you have booked with anyone else such as Monarch themselves, Holiday Extras, Lounge Pass, Trusted Travel etc, please refer to the "I booked with a reseller" section

We are working closely with all resellers and will not be charging them for any visits that have been cancelled due to the Monarch collapse.
