Complete the form
Before you can book a lounge stay for yourself, or your friend/family member, you will need to complete the Friends and Family Lounge Request Form. This form can only be completed by Swissport employees -

Once you have submitted the Friends and Family Lounge Request Form, a member of the Aspire Lounges Customer Services team will contact you within 3-5 working days to provide you with an exclusive promotional code and instructions on how to complete your booking.
Booking the lounge
Instructions for making a booking will be provided by email, along with your personal one-time-use promotional code, which when entered into the 'Promotional Code' box at the checkout stage, will deduct 25% from the total. The remaining balance can then be paid by debit or credit card, and confirmation of your booking will follow shortly.
