Members will be provided with a Membership Card which will state the start and end date of the membership (your membership starts from the membership purchase date and will expire one year later).
Members will need to bring their Membership Card with them to the lounge on the day of their visit to gain access.
Perth Airport Terminal 2 Aspire Regional Flyer Membership - Standard Terms & Conditions
1.1 Your membership will commence on the date that you make your Aspire Regional Flyer Membership purchase and will remain valid for 12 months.
1.2 You must pay for your Regional Flyer Membership in full upfront.
1.3 Once you make your membership purchase via either phone call or on our website executivelounges.com, we will send your annual membership card. Your Regional Flyer Membership card will be dispatched according to the postal option selected at time of purchase or can be sent to the airport lounge for collection.
1.4 If you lose your card and it needs replacing, make us aware via telephone or email and we will replace it free of charge.
1.5 The membership card can only be used by the person named on the card and is non-transferrable. You are required to present your boarding card, identification (passport or ID card) and Membership Card to access participating lounges.
1.6 You are purchasing a lounge membership that entitles you to discounted entry to the Perth T2 Aspire Lounge. Your initial purchase will entitle you to 12 free visits. You may top up these visits at the same discounted rate by reaching out to our Customer Service team throughout your membership duration.
2.0 GUARANTEED DELAY COVER
2.1 When a flight is delayed, Annual Membership Card Holders have the right to remain in the lounge until the flight is ready to board, regardless of what time they entered the lounge.
3.1 The Regional Flyer Membership is only applicable to the Perth Airport Terminal 2 Aspire Lounge.
3.2 Swissport reserves the right to amend this list of accessible lounges at any time, without prior warning or notice given.
4.0 GAINING ENTRY TO THE LOUNGE
4.1 Membership holders can pre-book their lounge visit by contacting our Head Office customer services team via phone or email. Contact Details will be provided when the card is delivered. However, you do not need to pre-book, you can simply show your Membership card at check-in at the lounge on the day of your visit to gain entry to the Perth Airport Terminal 2 Aspire Lounge. Membership access is subject to availability on the day of your visit if you do not pre-book your visit.
4.2 It is recommended that you make a booking ahead of your visit regardless of your membership to guarantee your seat in the lounge.
5.0 LOUNGE FACILITIES
5.1 All specifications, descriptions, drawings, photographs or illustrations of the Lounge Facilities and any advertising matter and sample books are only intended to serve as a guide and not to be relied upon by the Customer or treated as binding or as forming part of these conditions or any contract with the Customer
5.2 Aspire Lounges shall use its reasonable endeavours to provide the Lounge Facilities during the hours advertised for each Airport
5.3 Aspire Lounges Ltd shall use its reasonable endeavours to ensure a suitable environment is maintained in the Lounge Facilities including but not limited to keeping the area where Lounge Facilities are provided clean and tidy, ensuring staff are on hand to respond to any queries and ensuring the removal from the lounge area of any persons whose appearance or behaviour is unsuitable.
5.4 Aspire Lounges Ltd shall have the right to refuse a Customer entry to the Lounge Facilities for any statutory, regulatory or Airport policy reasons including but not limited to health and safety policies or fire regulations.
6.0 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1 Subject to clause 6.2, Aspire Lounges and Swissport Ltd shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of contract, loss of revenue or loss of business, howsoever arising whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or statutory duty or otherwise.
6.2 Aspire Lounges and Swissport Ltd does not exclude loss arising from death or personal injury caused by negligence.
6.3 Subject to clause 6.2 above, the aggregate liability of Aspire Lounges and Swissport Ltd, (whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or breach of statutory duty or otherwise to the Customer for any loss or damage (whether asserted by the Customer or third parties), of whatsoever nature and howsoever caused shall be limited to and in no circumstances shall exceed the Charges paid by the Customer for the Lounge Facilities
6.4 Aspire Lounges and Swissport Ltd shall under no circumstances be liable for any Customer failing to board his/her flight and Aspire Lounges and Swissport Ltd has no obligation to make flight announcements
6.5 Aspire Lounges and Swissport Ltd shall under no circumstances be liable or responsible for the personal belongings into the Lounge Facilities area solely at his own risk
6.6 Aspire Lounges and Swissport Ltd shall at its sole discretion refund the Charges to a Customer in the event that the Lounge Facilities are not available for whatsoever reason
6.7 All information, recommendations and advice given by or on behalf of Aspire Lounges and Swissport Ltd to the Customer regarding Airport Services or flight details are given without liability on the part of Aspire Lounges and Swissport Ltd.
6.8 The customer shall fully indemnify and compensate Aspire Lounges and Swissport Ltd, its employees, sub-contractors and agents in respect of all actions, suits, claims, demands, costs, charges or expenses arising (whether asserted by the Customer or third party) out of or in connection with the provision of the Lounge Facilities which; (a) are in excess of Aspire Lounges and Swissport Ltd liability set out in clause 6.3 above; (b) are caused directly or indirectly through the act or omission, wilful misconduct or negligence of the Customer
7.0 FORCE MAJEURE
7.1 Aspire Lounges and Swissport Ltd shall not be liable to the Customer for any loss or damage caused to or suffered by the Customer as a direct or indirect result of the provision of the Lounge Facilities by Aspire Lounges and Swissport Ltd being prevented, restricted, hindered or delayed by reason of any circumstances outside the control of Aspire Lounges and Swissport Ltd.
7.1 The right powers and remedies provided pursuant to these conditions are cumulative and do not exclude or effect any rights, powers or remedies provided by law of any documents. No delay in exercising or non exercising by Aspire Lounges and Swissport Ltd of any rights or remedies under these conditions shall operate as a waiver or lease of that right, power or remedy
8.1 No amendments or variation of these conditions shall be effective unless made in writing and signed or issued by Aspire Lounges and Swissport Ltd.
9 GOVERNING LAW
9.1 These conditions shall be construed in accordance with English law and Swissport GB Ltd and the Customer hereby submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
10 CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
10.1 The Customer shall ensure that he/she is at all times appropriately dressed and shall behave in an appropriate manner. Aspire Lounges and Swissport Ltd reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse entry or to remove any Customer whose behaviour or mode of dress is considered by Aspire Lounges and Swissport Ltd to be unsuitable or is likely to offend other customers.
