Does this lounge have a view?
Yes, the lounge overlooks the busy departure hall below meaning guests can sit back, relax and unwind whilst watching the hustle and bustle below.
Where is the lounge situated?
The lounge is easily accessible once you have gone through security. Simply follow signs for the departure gates. The lounge is located on the first floor, with stairs between ‘Accessorize’ and ‘Wasabi'. Lift access is also available.
Does this lounge have a dress code?
We understand that all our customers want to travel in comfortable clothing with our lounges having a relaxed dress code to reflect this. We do ask that guests refrain from wearing sportswear (such as football shirts, tracksuits, baseball caps etc) and clothing with offensive slogans. Smart, tailored shorts are accepted.
How do airport lounges differ from the busy cafés or restaurants in the airport?
We are very different - Our lounges offer simple snacks and light meals away from the hustle and bustle of the main airport terminal, but we don’t offer full meals. Cafes and restaurants offer full meals within the main terminal area, however if you’ve travelled through an airport recently, you’ll know how busy these establishments can get. So if you’re looking to help yourself to a range of snacks, along with a few drinks, free WiFi, great customer service and a tranquil environment with a guaranteed seat, airport lounges are for you. At the Aspire Lounge in Luton, we do have a selection of full meals that can be ordered and paid for at the lounge for a small supplement.
Can I earn LoungeMiles® Stamps at this lounge?
Yes you can at all UK Swissport and Aspire Lounges.
Who are airport lounges open to?
All travellers, no matter which airline or class of travel, are welcome. It’s a common misconception that you have to be a first or business class passenger to get access to an airport lounge, and this isn’t the case. We do however ask that passengers adhere to our smart casual dress code which is outlined below.
