Bristol Aspire Lounge Menu & COVID Response
Due to COVID 19 we have had to put various health and hygiene safety measures in place at our lounges, meaning you may see some changes in the lounge during you next visit, such as:
- Increased cleaning schedules
- Shielding cleaning schedules have been added
- New social distancing measures have been put in place, reducing capacity in our lounges
- Please respect the new seating plans in place at the lounges and stay in the seat provided to you upon arrival
- Table service and/or assisted buffet service
- We're currently operating on with a reduced menu to ensure contact is reduced as much as possible

COVID-19 RESPONSE
These measures have been put in place from July 2020, this will continue to be reviewed and hopefully relaxed as the situation with COVID-19 evolves.
Thank you for your patience at this time.
Delays
As you're booking direct through us (executivelounges.com), you are covered for delays if and when they occur. This means that should your flight be delayed for any reason, you and your booked party will be welcome to stay in the lounge until your flight departs or the lounge closes.
Charging Points
This lounge provides charging points around the lounge allowing you to charge your gadgets prior to your journey.
Drinks, Snacks & Hot Food
Drinks and snacks are provided completely free of charge. We do ask that you enjoy the food and drink within the lounge and don't take it out.
Some items are only available at selected times of the day (ie breakfast items). Champagne and Prosecco are available for an additional charge during the booking process. Alcohol is not available to anyone under the age of 18.
Magazines & Newspapers
This lounge has a selection of daily newspapers and magazines for you to peruse whilst in the lounge.
We're Open to All Travelers
We welcome all travelers whether you are travelling economy or first class and as long as you agree to our terms and conditions of entry and have a valid boarding pass. We are also open to you no matter which airline you are travelling with. Do make sure that your flight leaves from the terminal you are booking.
Length of Stay
Standard stay time in our lounges is 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of your flight. If your flight is delayed, and have booked directly with us, you can remain in the lounge through our Guaranteed Delay Cover, until your flight is ready to board.
Getting to the Gate
To maintain a calm and peaceful ambience in our lounges, we don’t make flight announcements. Please make sure that you keep an eye on the flight information screens and leave enough time to get from the lounge to the gate.
Children & Infants
The lounge accepts children but we do ask that they be accompanied by an adult at all times.
No Booking Fees
We do not charge booking fees and there are no other hidden fees in making a booking through us (executivelounges.com).
Please note, the opening hours at this airport lounge have temporarily been updated. Please see the current opening hours at the top of this page.
