TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DEFINITIONS AND INTRODUCTION

1.1. In this Agreement the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings (and where applicable, the singular shall include the plural):

"Competition” means the competition to win the Prize which is run by The Company;

"Employee” shall include employees, freelancers and contractors;

"Entrant” means any person who enters a Competition;

"Family Member” means a spouse, partner, close blood relation or spouse of a close blood relation;

"The Company” means Swissport GB Ltd (registered company number 509585), of Hampton Court, Manor Park, Runcorn, Cheshire, WA7 1TT, and its subsidiaries and parent company;

"Prize” means 1 bottle of Champagne, 2 Aspire Plus Vouchers, 3 bottles of Prosecco, 4 Aspire gift vouchers, 5 Cocktails, 6 bottles of wine, 7 10% discount vouchers, 8 M&S vouchers, 9 boxes of chocolates, 11 15% discount codes and 12 Nestle Vouchers.

"Terms” means these Competition Terms and Conditions;

"we”, "us” and "our” means The Company including any successors in title and assigns;

"you” means the Entrant in or winner of (as the case may be) a Competition.

1.2. You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions when you enter or participate in a Competition.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY CRITERIA

2.1. In order to make a valid entry into the Competition you must enter as an individual using your legal name and make only one entry. You may only enter a competition if you are a resident of the United Kingdom or Isle of Man.

2.2. You must over the age of 18.

2.3. Employees of Swissport and ELS, Bidvest, Nestle, their Family Members and those residing in their same household are not eligible to participate.

2.4. We may ask you to provide us with proof of your eligibility to enter a Competition and we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to decide whether or not eligibility criteria have been met. Breach of any of the criteria contained in this Clause 2 may result in your disqualification from a Competition and/or the withdrawal of a Prize.

3. ENTRY METHOD

3.1. All guests within the lounge are eligible to win. Winners will be chosen at random from guests within an Aspire Lounge with valid lounge access.

3.2. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition

3.3. Only those that are in an Aspire Lounge between 25^th December and 5^th January 2015 will be eligible to win.

4. PRIZE

4.1. The winners shall be chosen at random throughout the day between 25^th December – 5^th January 2015. Winners of the bottle of champagne, bottles of prosecco, cocktails, and lounge mikes cards with 4 stamps will receive their prizes within the lounge. Winners of Aspire Plus vouchers, bottles of wine, 10% discount vouchers, £5.00 M&S Vouchers, boxes of chocolate will need to contact a given email to arrange for the prize to be posted out.

4.2. We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to request certain evidence relating to your Competition entry including proof of identity, age and address.

4.3. The Prize is non-transferable and may not be given, assigned or sold to another person.

4.4. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

4.5. The Prize is awarded "as is” and no warranty, assurance or guarantee, either expressed or implied is made in respect of the Prize. Any costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the winners sole responsibility.

4.6. Acceptance of the Prize includes your acceptance of any terms of entry and/or terms and conditions associated with redeeming any element of the Prize.

5. ENTRY PERIOD

5.1. The Competition will be open for entry from 04:00 25^th December  until 23:59 5^th January inclusive.

5.2. The winner will be notified within the lounge.

6. GENERAL

6.1. You agree you will not by any act or omission do anything, which might bring The Company, their partners and licensees into disrepute or affect the reputation of the Competition or The Company and their partners and licensees.

6.2. The Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.

6.3. The terms represent the entire agreement between you and us relating to the Competition and/or the Prize and supersede any prior representations, agreements, negotiations or understandings (whether oral or in writing). No variation of the Terms is effective unless approved by an authorised representative of The Company in writing.

6.4. The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of the whole or any part of the Terms does not affect or impair the continuation in force of the remainder of the Terms.

6.5. The failure to exercise or delay in exercising a right or remedy provided hereunder or by law does not constitute a waiver of the right or remedy or waiver of other rights or remedies.

6.6. This Agreement does not create any right or benefit enforceable by any person not a party to it (within the meaning of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999).
