Yes, that's right, all food and drink is included! Which means no waiting in long airport queues for expensive drinks or pre-flight snacks.
Complimentary drinks which are available to enjoy at this airport lounge include beer (Heineken is the beer served on draft), wine and spirits, soft drinks, tea and coffee.
Who is the Premium Lounge open to?
To put it simply, anyone! Anyone is welcome to book a visit to the Premium Lounge, no matter what your travel ticket or airline class is.
The best way to secure entry to this lounge on the day is to pre-book your visit. Pre-booking guarantees you a seat at the lounge. You can pre-book your next visit in 2 minutes on this website.
Priority Pass and Dragon Pass customers are also welcome at this lounge. However, Priority Pass and Dragon Pass cardholders can only be admitted to the lounge dependant on availability on the day. Cardholders cannot pre-book visits to this airport lounge.
Accessing the lounge
To access the Premium Lounge on the day of your visit, you must present your booking confirmation upon arrival at the lounge to be granted access. You can print your booking confirmation or simply just show this on your phone.
Lounge guests must bring their booking confirmation and present it to one of the Team upon arrival.
Please also be aware the lounge will NOT accept any group bookings for 7 guests or more that may have been confirmed through either different booking agents or under individual booking references. In the event of this happening, the lounge will refuse entry and you will not be eligible for a refund.
Lounge use terms and conditions
Passengers are reminded that they are expected to behave appropriately at all times and to dress accordingly, and that lounge staff have the right to refuse entry to anyone, or ask them to be removed, if their dress or code of conduct is offensive to other passengers. Please note smart casual dress is required at all times, no sportswear, clothing with slogans, fancy dress or hats are permitted.
Children are accepted at Premium Lounge, but children are required to be supervised by the adults in their party at all times when within the lounge.
You are welcome to check in to the Lounge up to two and a half hours prior to your scheduled flight departure. Please note, Lounge access is reserved from the flight time you specify in your booking, however, please check carefully with the check-in opening time as advised by your airline. Some check-ins will only be available from two hours prior to departure.
The Premium Lounge can only be accessed once you have entirely completed the check-in process.
In the unlikely event that your flight is delayed, this lounge will try and extend your stay if possible, however, this will be subject to an extra charge payable at the lounge on the day. At peak times, the lounge may not be able to accommodate extended stays. Once your booking has been made, we will make every effort to fulfil those arrangements. In the unlikely event that we are unable to do so - or if there is insufficient demand at the time of your planned visit, we will notify you as soon as possible, cancel your booking and refund all monies that have been paid to us.
Fit To Fly Policy
Please remember, while we want you to enjoy your airport lounge visit and as much as many many of us enjoy a glass of wine or a beer or two to get our holiday underway, if you drink too much ahead of your flight your airline may refuse you boarding. Due to this, we advise you enjoy your favourite tipples in moderation and let's make sure that everyone is able to enjoy the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere of the Premium Lounge. Once your flight has been called at the departure gate, the lounge will no longer be able to serve you any further drinks.
The Premium Lounge Team has the right to refuse to serve any further alcohol to those who they suspect may have had enough to drink already. We trust that you will respect this decision and recognise that this is for everyone's enjoyment and safety, both in the terminal and once you're in the air.
What do I do if I have questions while at the lounge?
The Premium Lounge Team are dedicated to making sure your trip gets off to the best possible! And as such, if you need anything at all while at the lounge, or if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask a member of the team on the day.
