(a) Information that you provide by completing forms on our website and on in-lounge wifi landing pages and when contacting us using other means. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our website and our in-lounge wireless access service, posting material, purchasing goods or services from us, or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information, for example if you enter a competition or promotion sponsored by us.

(b) If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence. This may also include a record of your booking history.

(c) We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.

(d) Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.

(e) Information detailing the category of users on our site.

(f) We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our clients and other third parties. Please bear in mind that you will be opting out of receiving any information from us and any Swissport companies. However, if you have booked executive lounge services you will still receive an email confirming your booking details.

6. How do we protect your information?

When you provide us with your credit card details or order services from us, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure link encrypts the information that you input before it is transmitted to us.

We have strict security procedures covering the storage and disclosure of your information in order to prevent unauthorised access to comply with the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998. This means that sometimes we may ask for proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you.

We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that the information you provide will be kept secure from unauthorised access. However we expect you to take all reasonable measures to protect your personal information including only accessing this website using a secure internet connection and ensuring that viruses, trojans, worms or equivalent or similar items do not enter your computer system. In addition we expect you to take every reasonable care to protect your username, password and payment card details.
