  • I never got a confirmation email, only saw the confirmation of my payment in my credit card account and when entering the lounge (Luton), they didn’t let me in because my name wasn’t in their list.

  • I visited the Aspire Lounge in Luton and it was a great visit. Friendly staff and loads of options for food and beverages. Would highly recommend it.

  • £20 was far too expensive, I would recommend saving the money to spend in any of the other restaurants which have a much nicer atmosphere. Food was like school dinners, decor was cheap and tacky. The only saving grace was that the staff were very polite and helpful.

  • Lovely staff, ample food, clean environment and very reasonably priced. I am so glad we were recommended the lounge at Luton airport by a friend, we tried it once and now book it every time we fly. It’s the start of our holiday and both my husband and I always feel better the minute we check in and sit down. Even during the pandemic the staff did everything they could to make guests welcome and it was absolutely lovely to see them back to full strength again.

  • We paid for a 2 hour slot for the start to our long awaited holiday, only to find the lounge was closing so couldn't stay in the lounge. Apparentl the lounge was never going to be open at that time, so why was I able to book?
