  • I have been to the executive lounge on 5 occasions between Dec 2019 and Feb 2020 and every time the same main courses are served. I would like to see you change the menu monthly as I am a frequent flyer.

  • After a disastrous visit last August, I was given a 25o/o discount for my next visit which I did in February. I can only say what a difference. Everything was perfect, the food was good, the staff attentive, and we were made to feel very welcome. I look forward to my next visit in August with my family.

  • Sadly a very disappointing experience at Bristol Aspire Lounge. Food left out, long queues for food and no table on arrival. Food advertised on Website not on display. I complained to Executive Lounges on my return, but felt they didn't believe me. I would encourage anyone using Aspire in Bristol who feel shortchanged, to take photos and perhaps complaints will be taken seriously.

  • We booked for the aspire lounge just before Christmas, which was a good thing, as it was fully booked when we got there. I wasn't impressed with the fact you couldn't pay at the bar for some drinks that were not included (i can't understand why wine and spirits are included but prosecco isn't...It isn't expensive as a rule and it's just fizzy wine! why it isn't included is silly) I had to go and pay at the reception desk...only cash, and only one person on the desk when they knew the place was fully booked and more people waiting. I had to wait for age. By the time i bought my drink it was almost time to go to the gate.
