We understand that all our customers want to travel in comfortable clothing with our lounges having a relaxed dress code to reflect this. We do ask that guests refrain from wearing sportswear (such as football shirts, tracksuits, baseball caps etc) and clothing with offensive slogans. Smart, tailored shorts are accepted.
In order to gain entry to the lounge, you will need to present the following to Lounge reception:
- Confirmation email printout or a confirmation email on your smart phone, (this will have been emailed to you when you made the booking).
- Your boarding card and/or passport.
You will not be allowed access into the lounge without either of the above documentation.
*PLEASE NOTE. The majority of lounges throughout Europe, Americas and the Rest of the World WILL require you to provide an email confirmation that is printed out.

We allow any smart casual attire along with items such as non-sport shorts (i.e. smart shorts / cargo shorts), sandals and smart trainers, non-sport fashion tracksuits, hooded tops and your favourite wooly jumper.
We don't allow clothing such as (but not limited); Vest tops for men, Football/Rugby team shirts, clothing with offensive slogans, baseball caps, tour shirts, fancy dress, onesies or ostentatious Christmas Jumpers...
(We are only joking about the Christmas Jumpers, they're fine).
