As you're booking direct through us (executivelounges.com), you are covered for delays if and when they occur. This means that should your flight be delayed for any reason, you and your booked party will be welcome to stay in the lounge until your flight departs or the lounge closes. If a delay occurs after leaving the lounge, we will do all we can to expedite your re-entry into the lounge, free of charge.
Charging PointsThere are a variety of charging points around the lounge to ensure that all of your devices are fully charged prior to your journey.
Drinks, Snacks & Hot FoodComplimentary drinks and snacks are included in the price of entry, however we also offer a Premium Menu where additional dishes, cocktails and more are available to purchase. This includes Champagne and Prosecco. Some items are only available at selected times of the day (e.g breakfast items.) We do ask that all food and drink offerings are enjoyed in-lounge and not taken elsewhere. Alcohol is not available to anyone under the age of 18, and guests may be asked to present their ID when ordering.
