Birmingham Aspire Airport Lounge
I have mixed feelings about the Aspire lounge at Birmingham. The lounge itself is comfortable, the location and views are good. What's not so good is the range of food and drink that is available, other lounges at Birmingham do this better. Our stay was slightly spoiled by being close to a "stag party", loud and intrusive rather than offensive. Is this the lounge's problem? Should the staff have done something? Better than not being in a lounge, probably not the best lounge.

Nice to sit and chill in comfort while waiting for your plane and good value for money shall be using the lounge again

The lounge was quiet, clean with plenty of comfortable seating. There was plenty of reasonable hot and cold food available and wine, spirits and beer freely available. Tea and coffee, soft drinks and cakes were on tap. It was all self service and there was no queuing. It was a good experience and value for money.

Used this lounge on 17th March, the choice of food was very disappointing, we got tired of constantly having to ask for stocks to be replenished, and the staff were indifferent. To sum up it was a poor experience and poor value. We will not be returning.

Not one of the better lounges that I have booked. Lounge was cold and in need of an update. Very few comfy chairs with charging facilities close by. Spirits continually running out and had to keep asking for them to be changed. Overall ok but wouldn’t use again.

Birmingham aspire lounge was clean and quiet which is always a bonus. Alcoholic drinks and food limited but not to say it's not sufficient and the cooked breakfast I had was absolutely fine.

Not the best lounge that I have used. Selection of food seemed fairly limited, not of particularly good quality. Bread rolls seemed stale and bacon cold and greasy. I wouldn’t use this lounge in the future,

Drink good, food variable with a lack of plates.

There wasn’t many seats available when we entered the lounge, the food and drink selection was very poor, no glasses available for drinks, took over 20 minutes for some to arrive from the staff, there was hardly any food available, and when it was replaced it was gone within a few minutes as everyone was waiting for it, asked when the next batch would come up and was told we would have to wait! Gave up in the end and bought some food and drinks from WH Smith’s. very poor experience at Birmingham aspire lounge, I use the lounges at Luton and Gatwick and they have always been great! Very disappointed! Booked this as a teeat for my mother as we were going on holiday for her 50th birthday so bought this as a surprise only to be disappointed
