Food, Drink and Facilities
Simply help yourself to a range of hot food items such as handmade bacon sandwiches (5.30am to 9.30am), freshly prepared Danish pastries and croissants, or fresh soup (11am to 2.30pm). The lounge also boasts a range of snacks and treats available throughout the day – simply help yourself to as much or as little as you like.
The Aspire lounge contains a wide range of complimentary premium brand wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks which are available throughout the day. So whether it’s a pre-flight Gin and Tonic or just simply a cappuccino, you're sure to be well catered for within the lounge.
However you wish to spend time before your flight, you'll find everything that you need in the Aspire by Servisair lounge at London Gatwick South.
Not travelling from Gatwick South?
Relax…We also have a lounge for those travelling from Gatwick North Terminal.
Does the lounge have a good view of the airfield?
Yes, the lounge is glass fronted and overlooks the busy runway meaning guests can sit back, relax and watch the many aircraft both arriving and departing the most efficient single runway airport in the world.
Can I use this lounge if I am not flying from the South Terminal?
No, due to security restrictions you can only use this lounge if you are departing from the South Terminal. There is also an Aspire Lounge in the North Terminal for flights departing from there.
Does this lounge have a dress code?
We understand that all our customers want to travel in comfortable clothing with our lounges having a relaxed dress code to reflect this. We do ask that guests refrain from wearing sportswear (such as football shirts, tracksuits, baseball caps etc) and clothing with offensive slogans. Smart, tailored shorts are accepted.
How do airport lounges differ from the busy cafés or restaurants in the airport?
We are very different - Our lounges offer simple snacks and light meals away from the hustle and bustle of the main airport terminal, but we don’t offer full meals. Cafes and restaurants offer full meals within the main terminal area, however if you’ve travelled through and airport recently, you’ll know how busy these establishments can get. So if you’re looking to help yourself to a range of snacks, along with a few drinks, free WiFi, great customer service and a tranquil environment with a guaranteed seat, airport lounges are for you.
Can I earn LoungeMiles® Stamps at this lounge?
Yes you can at all UK Servisair and Aspire Lounges.
Who are airport lounges open to?
All travellers, no matter which airline or class of travel, are welcome. It’s a common misconception that you have to be a first or business class passenger to get access to an airport lounge, and this isn’t the case. We do however ask that passengers adhere to our smart casual dress code which is outlined below.
Please make sure your flight leaves from the South Terminal. If your flight leaves from the North Terminal, please click here
Catching your Flight
All lounges have flight information screens within the lounge and due to the number of flights departing at any one time, flight announcements aren't made by lounge staff - we'd ask you to keep an eye on when your flight leaves.
We're open to all Travellers
We welcome all travellers whether you are travelling economy or first class and as long as you agree to our terms and conditions of entry. We are also open to you no matter which airline you are travelling with. Do make sure that your flight leaves from the terminal you are booking.
Drinks, Snacks and Hot Food
Drinks and snacks are provided completely free of charge and are available for you to help yourself although we do ask that you enjoy the food and drink within the lounge and don't take it out.
Some items are only available at selected times of the day (ie breakfast items). Champagne is available for an additional charge. Alcohol is not available to people under the age of 18.
