What food and drink does the lounge provide?
As an airport lounge, we don’t offer full meals as part of your entry but we do provide a good range of snacks and hot food items (such as bacon rolls in the morning / soup and roll at lunch) to help keep you going in between. Should you want something extra, there are additional items available at a small extra charge.
Does this lounge have a view?
The lounge is glass fronted and looks out onto the main terminal area - guests can sit back with a drink and watch the busy terminal from the comfort of the lounge.
Does this lounge have a dress code?
We understand that all our customers want to travel in comfortable clothing with our lounges having a relaxed dress code to reflect this. We do ask that guests refrain from wearing sportswear (such as football shirts, tracksuits, baseball caps etc) and clothing with offensive slogans. Smart, tailored shorts are accepted.
How do airport lounges differ from the busy cafés or restaurants in the airport?
We are very different - Our lounges offer simple snacks and light meals away from the hustle and bustle of the main airport terminal, but we don’t offer full meals. Cafes and restaurants offer full meals within the main terminal area, however if you’ve travelled through and airport recently, you’ll know how busy these establishments can get. So if you’re looking to help yourself to a range of snacks, along with a few drinks, free WiFi, great customer service and a tranquil environment with a guaranteed seat, airport lounges are for you.
Can I earn LoungeMiles® Stamps at this lounge?
Yes you can at all UK Servisair and Aspire Lounges.
Who are airport lounges open to?
All travellers, no matter which airline or class of travel, are welcome. It’s a common misconception that you have to be a first or business class passenger to get access to an airport lounge, and this isn’t the case. We do however ask that passengers adhere to our smart casual dress code which is outlined below.
Catching your Flight
All lounges have flight information screens within the lounge and due to the number of flights departing at any one time, flight announcements aren't made by lounge staff - we'd ask you to keep an eye on when your flight leaves.
We're open to all Travellers
We welcome all travellers whether you are travelling economy or first class and as long as you agree to our terms and conditions of entry. We are also open to you no matter which airline you are travelling with. Do make sure that your flight leaves from the terminal you are booking.
Drinks, Snacks and Hot Food
Drinks and snacks are provided completely free of charge and are available for you to help yourself although we do ask that you enjoy the food and drink within the lounge and don't take it out.
Some items are only available at selected times of the day (ie breakfast items). Champagne is available for an additional charge. Alcohol is not available to people under the age of 18.
